In this role you will manage procurement and logistics activities to support ABB projects, ensuring compliance with standard procedures. You will coordinate with R&D and product teams, oversee procurement gate processes, and help implement local sourcing strategies. The position emphasizes cost, quality, and supplier sustainability in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Responsabilità

- Manage procurement gate model activities and document control for projects
- Coordinate procurement activities for R&D; projects and interface with tech and product teams
- Execute purchasing and logistics strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier reliability
- Design and implement local sourcing plans aligned with business targets
- Apply procurement standards, tools,



and processes including supplier negotiations and compliance
- Support training to ensure compliance and professional development

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Engineering, Procurement/ Supply Chain or related field
- Proven procurement experience with supplier management and R&D; project coordination
- Experience with manufacturing environments and supplier onboarding is a plus
- Strong analytical skills for cost optimization and risk assessment
- Solid project management with Agile Gate Model experience
- Effective negotiation and communication with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders
