Join us, Live the planet better For Renco's headquarters, we are looking for a Project Manager capable of overseeing Operation & Maintenance projects. DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
• Lead the project from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. In detail:
• Supervise the O&M; activities;
• Be responsible for managing all activities involved in EPC projects covering the define and execution phases including HSE, engineering, detail design, construction supervision, contractual management, inspection and quality control;
• Manage project budget, keep the projects on schedule,



interface with regulatory authorities, supervise plant start-up, and turnover to the client. REQUIRED COMPETENCES
• Capacity to work independently and organize resources;
• Knowledge of Rotating Equipment in O&G; projects;
• Leadership and resources management;
• Knowledge and practice of IT programs;
• Problem-solving attitude;
• Professional knowledge in English language. QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 8 years of overall experience
- of which minimum 5 years of proven experience as Project manager in O&G; projects (50+million USD contract value) in remote areas and multicultural environments;
• Skilled in management of O&M; activities in O&M; projects;
• Knowledge of contract law with regards to construction projects;
