Panoramica
The ideal candidate is a production-driven professional with solid experience in managing budgets, vendors, and timelines, capable of turning creative ideas into effective, tangible outputs.

Responsabilità

Manage advertising productions from concept through to final delivery

Collaborate with Creative Directors and account teams in campaign development

Assess the technical and production feasibility of creative ideas

Develop production budgets, cost estimates, and work plans

Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production phases

Liaise with production companies, directors, crews, vendors, and technical partners

Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders on production-related matters





Ensure proper handling of contracts, rights, and deliverables

Prepare project reports and production wrap-ups

Qualifiche

5-8 years of experience in advertising production

Background in creative agencies, production companies, or content studios

Strong knowledge of film, digital, and content production workflows

Proven experience managing complex budgets and negotiating with vendors

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of digital production, social content, and integrated campaigns

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and client management skills

Willingness to travel

Fluency in English

Compensation
Annual gross salary range (RAL): €38,000 - €45,000

The salary range is determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required skills, organizational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity.

The salary range indicated is applicable as of the job posting date. The company reserves the right to update it.
