About the Role
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer (or equivalent profile) specializing in ejector thermo-fluid dynamic analysis to join our Research & Development team at our premises in Veneto. The resource will be mainly responsible for thermal and fluid-dynamic simulation aimed at optimizing electromechanical components and systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Performing thermal and CFD simulations using Ansys on electromechanical components and products.
• Analyzing thermo-fluid dynamic performance to enhance efficiency and thermal dissipation.
• Actively collaborating with the Design and R&D; teams for model validation and product optimization. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Energy, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in:
• Demonstrated background in ejector systems, with either a minimum of 3 years in academia or 1 year in an industrial setting
• CFD Simulation and Thermal Simulation.
• Proficiency in Ansys software (Fluent/Thermal). Technical Competencies:
• Knowledge of electromechanical systems.




• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in the design, management, and maintenance of ejector systems.
• Experience in heat transfer phenomena simulation. Nice to have:
• Specific experience with solenoid valves and fluid-dynamic systems is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
• Experience in the simulation and modeling of heat pipes represents a highly valuable asset. Offer & Compensation:
• Gross Annual Salary (RAL): Between €32,000 and €43,000.
• National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Commerce and Services (Commercio e Terziario) applied by Akronos Technologies Group.
• Salary positioning within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific role experience, and the selection process outcomes, following objective and predefined criteria. For profiles demonstrating exceptional features relative to the stated range, a revision may be evaluated subject to internal approval.
