Position The Global Celebrities Specialist will play a critical role in executing the Maison's global celebrity and VIP dressing initiatives. With a pure focus on the celebrity ecosystem, this role requires strong organizational skills, utmost discretion, and a solid understanding of the luxury jewelry landscape. The successful candidate will ensure the flawless execution of celebrity logistics, product placements, and day-to-day operations to maximize the brand's global desirability. Job responsibilities
• Project Portfolio Coordination: Collaborate with the team to define and implement a comprehensive global celebrity strategy tailored for the jewelry division, ensuring alignment with overall brand marketing and communication goals.
• Talent Scouting: Identify, evaluate high-profile global celebrities, influencers, and cultural figures who embody the Maison's values and aesthetics, with a strong emphasis on long-term, impactful partnerships.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with celebrities, their agents, publicists, and stylists worldwide. Act as a primary point of contact for all celebrity-related inquiries and initiatives.
• Negotiation & Contract Support: Assist in the negotiation and execution of contracts with celebrity partners, ensuring advantageous terms and adherence to legal and brand guidelines.
• Activation & Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of celebrity partners into global campaigns, events (e.g., red carpets, fashion weeks, product launches), and digital content, maximizing their reach and resonance.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of celebrity initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Manage allocated budgets for celebrity engagements, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of celebrity trends, competitive activities,



and evolving media landscapes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, PR, digital, and retail teams to ensure cohesive execution of celebrity strategies across all touchpoints. Profile Technical Skills
• At least 5 years of experience in global celebrity relations, VIP dressing, or VIP showroom management within the luxury industry. Previous experience handling high-value goods (jewelry/watches) is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
• Thorough understanding of VIP styling processes, award season calendars, and red-carpet events management
• Strong administrative acumen and operational management skills
• Fluency in English and Italian is required; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish) is an advantage Soft Skills

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.
