What We ’re Looking For Join a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation for our clients. 01 How you’ll make a difference Participate in the analysis, design and implementation of digital procurement solutions based on SAP Ariba, Coupa, JAGGAER or similar platforms. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions. Configure and test platform functionalities according to project requirements and best practices. Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders. Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design to go-live and hypercare activities. Design end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities. Manage project streams and coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams. Work closely with senior consultants, project managers and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. 02 What we’re looking for At least 3/4 years of experience in procurement transformation or Source-to-Pay projects. Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, JAGGAER, Coupa or other Source-to-Pay / e-procurement platforms. Experience with SAP Ariba is welcome but not mandatory. Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle management and purchasing processes. Experience in functional analysis, solution design and platform configuration. Ability to translate business requirements into clear and scalable solutions. Experience managing project workstreams and coordinating small teams. Good command of English, both spoken and written.



Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Autonomy in managing assigned activities while maintaining a collaborative approach. Availability for occasional travel in Italy or abroad. The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €40.000 to €55.000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011). 03 What we would consider a plus Certifications related to SAP Ariba, Coupa, JAGGAER or similar procurement platforms. Experience in international project environments. Knowledge of SAP ERP integration scenarios and procurement ecosystems. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. A proactive mindset, attention to detail and a strong customer-oriented approach. Previous experience leading functional teams or mentoring junior consultants.
