We are looking for an Industrialization Engineer to join the Operations team at CAREL HQ , reporting directly to the Group Production Engineering Manager. You will be the global point of reference for product industrialization: leading the journey from R&D; design to production line go-live, in close coordination with our plants in the EU, USA, and China.
What You Will Do From Design to Production: Partner with R&D; applying Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) methodologies and lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process—from manufacturing feasibility analysis, PFMEA, and Control Plans, to pre-series and Start of Production.
Lines & Testing: Design production line layouts, assembly cycles, and Time & Motion standards. Define technical specifications for test benches and automation systems (functional, leak, and pressure testing).
