In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with customer operations and internal Cisco teams to deliver innovative, secure, and efficient IT infrastructures. As a resident engineer in Rome, you will play a key role in Data Center and ACI projects, supporting both design and troubleshooting efforts. Responsibilities Lead design, configuration, and optimization of Cisco solutions to accelerate customer outcomes. Support presales activities by translating business requirements into technical solutions. Work daily with customer operations to deliver consulting and technical support. Build simulations and test environments to validate complex issues and compatibility challenges. Create High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, and Implementation/Change Management Plans.
