As a Senior Mechanical-HVAC Engineer at Arup Italy, you will lead the design and delivery of mechanical services for diverse, high-profile projects across Europe, with emphasis on data centre environments. Responsabilità

- Lead design and delivery of mechanical services (HVAC, drainage, water supply, firefighting, renewables, controls)




- Coordinate interfaces across multidisciplinary teams and projects
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members
- Engage in client meetings, design reviews, and workshops
- Coordinate with international Arup offices and stakeholders
- Support concept-to-construction design processes and site visits

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree from an Engineering University or relevant technical Diploma
- 6+ years in design and delivery of mechanical services
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals and Italian codes
- Proven ability to lead design from concept to construction
- Fluent in English and Italian; good written/verbal communication
- Team-oriented mindset

- Analytical and problem-solving
- Data Centre and/or Industrial buildings experience
- CAD and/or Building Information Modelling (BIM) proficiency
- Sustainability principles knowledge
