Job Title: Laser Field Service Engineer

Location: Levico Terme (TN)

Laser Field Service Engineer (FSE) is the rolededicated to the installation, testing, training and repair of automationmachines and systems, at the customer's site.

For the role it is required technical education (diploma ordegree) in electrotechnical, electronics, mechatronics or automation; willingness totravel; ability to effectively manage the relationship with the customer.
Main responsibility

- Contribute to the maintenance of a highlevel of quality of the BLM GROUP products installed by the customer
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency ofthe Service
- Contribute to improving the quality of theservice provided to the customer.

Main activities

- Carrying out post-sales technicalassistance activities, dedicating itself to: installations and tests atcustomers' premises (Italy and abroad); repairs and preventive maintenance;troubleshooting and extra-ordinary maintenance




- carrying out training activities - on siteand at customer sites (Italy and abroad) - on the use and maintenance of BLMGroup products (SW and machines)
- optimal management of spare parts, inorder to improve interventions at customer sites, in dialogue with theheadquarters
- maintenance of a high level of efficiencyof the BLM Group products installed by the Customer
- monitoring of the effectiveness andefficiency levels of the Service with a view to continuousimprovement of the Service provided to the customer.

Essential Requirements:

- Technical educational background (high school diploma or university degree specializing in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics)
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Willingness and availability to travel frequently (business trips lasting a maximum of 2 consecutive weeks. The Service Engineer spends approximately 70% of their annual working time travelling)

Preferred Requirements:

- Previous experience in technical roles related to the production or maintenance of industrial machinery or systems
- Knowledge of a second foreign language.
