Overview In this role you shape and lead ABB Robotics' global Order-to-Cash strategy during a major transformation, including SAP S/4HANA rollout across 50+ countries. You own the end-to-end O2C blueprint and drive standardization to enable scalable, compliant operations in a future-state model with a BPO partner. You collaborate with Finance, Sales, Service, IT, and transformation teams to deliver lasting excellence. This position blends process design, governance, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving, transformation-driven environment.

Lead end-to-end O2C process design and continuous improvement across order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute management Drive SAP S/4HANA process transformation to ensure global consistency across rollout waves Define global standards while affirming local/regulatory variants with clear business justification Establish governance, KPIs,



and operating model for O2C with internal teams and external service providers Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improved working capital performance

Requisiti fondamentali

7+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, order management, or finance process roles in manufacturing/multi-entity/multi-country settings Proven experience leading O2C design and standardization within large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations Strong SAP expertise with SAP SD and FI-AR, plus understanding of O2C master data (Business Partner, pricing, credit management) Experience designing global processes for shared-services or outsourced delivery models with governance frameworks Strong stakeholder management and the ability to align finance, business, and IT in complex transformations Stakeholder management Influencing and communication Cross-functional collaboration SAP S/4HANA SAP SD FI-AR
