Overview In this role, you will design and optimize automated customer journeys to engage and retain a fast-growing customer base. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve engagement, conversion and retention across 6 million users, starting hands-on and evolving into strategy. You’ll balance campaign execution with lifecycle optimization, data-driven decisions, and AI-driven enhancements. This is a high-impact position within a mission-driven fintech on a scale-up trajectory.

Responsabilità

Design lifecycle and campaign strategies aligned to OKRs and cross-team goals Build and run automated journeys across channels (email, in-app, push) with segmentation and personalization Lead medium-complexity projects with Product Marketing, Product, Legal and Data Define KPIs, run A/B tests, analyze results (open rates, CTR, conversion, retention, ROI) and optimize Continuously optimize processes, monitor competitors,



and adopt CRM platform releases Apply AI to improve campaign efficiency, segmentation, and ideation

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field Around 5 years of hands-on CRM campaign design and lifecycle program experience Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance preferred; big retail or digital B2C apps also welcome Solid expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms; autonomy to build in them Knowledge of Braze is a plus; experience with similar tools counts Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate requirements into solutions Highly organized with ability to work in a team and independently Proactive, adaptable, and capable of growing into strategy Creative mindset and ability to produce compelling campaign content Curiosity for AI and its daily applications teamwork problem-solving proactivity CRM and marketing automation platforms Braze (plus similar tools) A/B testing and experimental design
