As Plant Quality Sr. Manager you will lead the site quality function to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. You will align cross-functional teams with corporate quality goals and implement modern quality systems to ensure robust, reliable products. You will oversee KPI-driven performance and supplier quality to reduce defects and improve net promoter scores.
