- Establish KPIs, budgets, and timelines for all marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5+ years of project management experience, ideally within start‑ups or franchise rollout
- Proven track record managing legal/admin processes, budgets, and multi‑site production/logistics
- Exceptional communication skills—comfortable interfacing with C‑suite executives, legal counsel, production teams, and government officials
- Strong computer proficiency: MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira)
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and pivot priorities as needed
What We Offer
- Opportunity to shape and scale a high‑growth global sports franchise start‑up
- Direct mentorship and collaboration with founding leadership team
- Competitive salary with performance‑based equity participation
- Flexible work arrangements and travel stipends
