WHAT WE WILL DO TOGETHER

- Engaging with Company users to understand daily activities, pain points, bottlenecks, duplicated work, and manual tasks;
- Documenting and mapping current processes and procedures, including roles, systems, data flows, controls, and improvement opportunities;
- Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or eliminate low-value activities;
- Exploring and assessing practical AI use cases to reduce manual effort, improve quality, accelerate execution, and enhance decision-making;
- Collaborating with process owners to validate ideas and define feasible solutions and supporting pilot activities, user testing, feedback collection, implementation, training, communication, and adoption initiatives;
- Monitoring and tracking expected and realized benefits such as time savings, complexity reduction, improved quality, and better user experience;
- Sharing best practices and learnings to foster innovation, digital curiosity, and continuous improvement across the organization;
- Ensuring that all proposed solutions comply with data privacy, cyber security, confidentiality, compliance, and Responsible AI principles.

WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a 6-month internship, with a monthly internship allowance of €900,



and the possibility of extending the internship for an additional 6 months with an allowance of €1000.

ARE YOU THE MISSING INGREDIENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

- You hold, or are about to complete, a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, Data Science, Economics, Innovation Management, or related fields;
- You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Digital Transformation, and Process Improvement;
- University projects, thesis work, or certifications related to AI, Data Analytics, Automation, or Innovation are considered a plus;
- You have an advanced level of both Italian and English, written and spoken;
- You are able to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;
- You are analytical, curious, proactive, and eager to challenge the status quo;
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, learning agility, and attention to detail.
