Vos missions au quotidien

Contribute to carry out the product development activity, both for the new product and the restyled one:

- develop continuous market benchmarks for insurance products
- carry out market studies and monitor market trends
- support the Marketing Manager and the Product Specialist in developing the product concept
- draft power point presentations or other documentation in support of the Marketing manager and the Product specialist

Contribute to ensure the customer satisfaction:

- analyse the customer journey to identify pain points and areas of improvement
- collaborate to the customer satisfcation survey, participating in the analysis of t he results and in the definition of improvement actions

Contribute to manage the online presence of the Company:

- manage the updating of website's contents and documents
- monitor and manage the online reviews and comments
- monitor the online aprroach of the competitor

Contribute to the application of Oversight Governance (POG) discipline:

- collaborate to identify, test and monitor the target market and its evolution

Contribute to develop the Company's CSR activity:

- promote the CSR culture among the staff and the achievement of CSR goals

We are looking for a new graduate who will work directly with the Marketing Manager and has the following profile:

- open mind approach and curious

- good communication and analytical skills

- aptitude to teamworking and good interpersonal skills





- able to work in autonomy under the supervision of the Marketing manager

- knowledge of marketing bases

- Interested in the digital innovation culture

- interest in customer satisfaction

- good English language is required

- knowledge of the Italian language is a strong advantage

- knowledge of MS office application and WordPress
