You will balance the reliable management of production standards with a strong focus on identifying, evaluating and delivering improvement projects that increase productivity, efficiency and operational performance. /pbr /pYou will guide and develop two experienced team members, work closely with colleagues across the manufacturing organisation and bring a practical, data-driven approach to the shop floor. The role offers meaningful autonomy: you will independently manage routine departmental activities while collaborating with key stakeholders on technical, economic and organisational project decisions. /pbr /pAs a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected. /pbr /pbRole and Responsibilities /b /pulli Lead the Time Methods department and support the development and collaboration of two experienced team members. /lili Define, maintain and improve production standards, including new cycles, revisions to existing cycles and requirements for new products. /lili Conduct time studies and analyse work methods, material movement and value creation directly on the shop floor. /lili Identify improvement opportunities and validate them through structured, data-driven analysis.



/lili Plan and manage productivity and operational improvement projects in collaboration with Manufacturing stakeholders. /lili Develop the economic rationale for improvement and investment projects, including expected labour-hour savings and return. /lili Monitor implemented projects and compare actual results with the agreed budget and business case. /lili Contribute to line balancing, efficient work organisation and the continuous improvement of assembly and production processes. /lili Work closely with Production, Logistics, HSE, Industrialisation, Moulding and Production Planning. /lili Promote Lean Manufacturing, practical problem-solving and a proactive improvement culture across the organisation. /li /ul pbSkills and Qualifications /b /ppbMust-have: /b /pulli Proven professional experience in Time Methods or time studies within a manufacturing environment. /lili Previous experience leading a team or department, with approximately three to five years of leadership experience preferred. /lili Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with significant amounts of operational and economic data. /lili Practical project-management capability, including setting realistic objectives, coordinating stakeholders and driving projects forward. /lili Sound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. /lili A hands-on manufacturing mindset and willingness to spend time on the shop floor observing processes, material movement and value creation. /lili Curious, self-motivated and results-oriented approach, with the confidence to challenge established methods and support change. /lili Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across different functions and organisational levels. /li /ul pbNice-to-have:
