Exide is looking for a Customer Quality Specialist to join the Quality Team at our manufacturing plant.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers on quality-related topics, ensuring effective communication and supporting the resolution of quality issues. You will work closely with Production, Engineering and other internal departments to improve product quality, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer-focused projects.
Main Responsibilities
Act as the primary quality contact for customers.
Manage customer complaints and quality issues, ensuring timely analysis and resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.




Support customer audits and follow-up activities.
Monitor customer quality performance and prepare related reports.
Promote a customer-focused quality culture across the organization.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and problem-solving activities.
Support new product launches and customer qualification processes.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable quality standards.
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience
Experience in Quality within a manufacturing or industrial environment and Good understanding of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies are appreciated
Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
