Evotec seeks a Vice President, Head of Therapeutics Design in Verona to lead in silico design across small molecules, peptides and targeted modalities. You will align methods with real-world multi-omics and experimental safety data, reporting to the EVP of In Silico & AI, and build a high-impact, multi-site team.
You will own the technical vision, drive industrialisation of design workflows, and engage with partners to create monetisable value while advancing AI-enabled drug discovery.
