IQM Selezione is recruiting, on behalf of an international company operating in the electronic and electromechanical components sector, a Sales Engineer – Northern Italy.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote and sell electronic and electromechanical components.
- Manage and develop relationships with customers, OEMs and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities in Northern Italy.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and project updates.
- Use CRM tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in electronic or electromechanical components.
- Good technical understanding of electronic, electromechanical and/or passive components.
- Experience in industrial or energy markets is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to manage complex sales processes.
- Good organizational skills and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Availability to travel.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian.
- Fluent English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is considered a plus.
- Technical studies in Electrical Engineering or similar field are appreciated but not mandatory.
Offer Permanent full-time contract.
Salary package aligned with experience.
Indicative Gross Annual Salary: €50,000–€60,000.
