To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a dedicated, independent and quality-conscious Staff Chef (m/f/d) who brings passion for good food, creativity and a sense for balanced nutrition to ensure the culinary well-being of our team every day. Your Tasks
* Independently planning and preparing varied, balanced and high-quality meals for approximately 100 team members (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
* Creating a diverse weekly menu featuring seasonal and regional ingredients
* Creative, mindful and sustainable use of ingredients
* Ensuring an attractive presentation, regular monitoring and replenishment of the staff buffet
* Independently organizing the workstation and ensuring efficient use of ingredients
* Supporting the kitchen team whenever needed
* Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring compliance with all quality, hygiene and HACCP standards

Your Profile
* Completed professional training as a chef or several years of experience in a similar position
* Passion for fresh, varied and balanced cuisine
* Independent, structured and responsible approach to work
* Creativity and enjoyment of working with high-quality ingredients
* Team spirit,

* Flexibility, resilience and strong organizational skills
* Good knowledge of hygiene and HACCP regulations
