Inside Out Italy in Rome is seeking a proactive Venue & Admissions Operations Manager to oversee admissions, ticketing flows and venue coordination for our tours and experiences. You will organize calendars and guide schedules, recruit and onboard guides, coordinate with Customer Service, and continuously improve processes to keep our guests informed and experiences seamless across multiple languages.
