About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect & Data Engineer to join an international organisation operating in a highly dynamic and innovation-driven environment.This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture and data engineering, who can design, implement and manage scalable cloud solutions and modern data platforms.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and optimising cloud infrastructure, data integration architectures and enterprise data solutions.Key Responsibilities- Design, implement and manage scalable cloud architectures and integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, performance optimisation and cost efficiency across cloud environments.- Evaluate, select and implement appropriate Azure services to meet business and technical requirements.- Support cloud migration, transformation and modernisation initiatives.- Design, develop and maintain modern Azure data platforms, including Azure Data Factory (ADF),



Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure SQL.- Build and manage reliable batch and real-time data pipelines.- Implement data quality, security and governance standards.- Monitor cloud and data platform performance, ensuring reliability and operational efficiency.Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Azure.- Strong hands‑on experience with Azure architecture, services and cloud solutions.- Proven experience as a Cloud Data Engineer.- Solid understanding of data warehousing, Lakehouse architectures, SQL and data modelling.- Practical experience with batch and real-time data processing and integration patterns.- Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python and/or SQL.- Experience with cloud monitoring, performance management and observability tools.- Fluency in English; Italian is a must.Nice to Have- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert and/or Azure Data Engineer certifications.- Experience working with hybrid cloud environments.- Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions, particularly Power BI and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).#J-18808-Ljbffr
