We are looking for a Procurement Manager who understands both the technical and commercial sides of purchasing. Someone who can lead negotiations, develop alternatives and balance price, quality, lead times and service.01 / YOUR CONTRIBUTIONWhat you will do.- Lead supplier negotiations on price, payment terms, lead times and service.- Support sales and estimating teams from the quotation stage, negotiating key components to improve competitiveness and margins.- Identify, qualify and expand the supplier base, comparing alternatives on price, quality and delivery.- Define project purchasing strategies around specifications, budgets and production deadlines.- Develop digital and AI tools for price analysis, supplier benchmarking and bid evaluation, with support from internal colleagues.02 / THE SKILLS THAT MATTERWhat you bring.- Significant industrial purchasing experience, preferably with EPC contractors, electrical plant suppliers or electromechanical companies.- Strong negotiation skills,
