We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Support Specialist (Senior) to provide end-user support across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT services, resolving technical issues, and delivering a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

Manage user accounts, access rights, and device provisioning.

Support Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and related cloud technologies.

Handle incident, service request, and asset management activities through Service Now (SNOW).

Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices in accordance with company standards.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.

Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and vendors when required.





Create Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, SOP, KB articles, and IT procedures.

Provide onsite support and ensure a high level of user satisfaction.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

5 10 years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate end-user environment.

Strong working knowledge of:

Microsoft Azure / Azure Active Directory

Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management

Service Now (SNOW)

Microsoft 365 Suite

Windows 10/11 and laptop management

Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work independently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Fluent or Native Italian language proficiency is must.
