EU citizenship or an existing Italian work permit is required. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to coordinate electrical teams on a major Data Centre project in Italy. You will support the Construction Manager with the daily organisation of electrical works, ensuring that installations are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. This position suits an experienced electrical trade professional who is ready to take ownership of a work area and lead both direct personnel and subcontractors. Lead and coordinate electrical trades and subcontractors on site. Take responsibility for your assigned work area and installation scope. Prepare two-week look-ahead plans with the Construction Manager. Monitor daily progress, productivity, labour levels and project milestones. Review construction drawings, specifications and installation requirements. Carry out safety inspections and close corrective actions promptly. Implement project Quality Plans, ITPs and inspection requirements. Identify snags during installation and manage their close-out. Coordinate materials,



minor equipment and scheduled deliveries. Support testing, commissioning, system walkdowns and project handover. Provide accurate daily and weekly progress information. At least five years’ site experience within Data Centres, pharmaceutical, medical-device, industrial or major commercial projects. Previous experience as a Trade Leader, Electrical Supervisor or equivalent. Ability to interpret electrical schematics, specifications and construction drawings. Strong understanding of electrical site activities and installation sequencing. Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary interfaces. Good knowledge of quality inspections, RAMS and site-safety procedures. Familiarity with materials ordering, lead times and delivery control. Strong organisational, communication and people-management skills. A key supervisory position on a major European Data Centre project. Long-term cooperation with an established international engineering contractor. Responsibility for an important electrical installation package.
