Overview

In this role you will own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce’s strategic customers, shaping architecture and production handoff. You’ll lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards within the Agentforce framework. You’ll translate customer challenges into deployable AI solutions, influence product and roadmap, and stay at the forefront of AI tooling. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position that combines technical depth with customer-facing collaboration.

Responsabilità

- Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions from architecture decisions to production handoff
- Design and ship agentic systems including multi-agent orchestration, tool calls, and deterministic guardrails
- Manage data lifecycle across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms
- Resolve blockers in data integration, deployment, and performance
- Build performance dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health
- Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs with prudent deferral decisions
- Create reusable assets and playbooks from real customer work
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and paired work
- Provide depth on critical deployments and surface field insights to Product and Engineering
- Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into deployable AI solutions




- Travel ~25% to embedded customer environments
- Communicate clearly with peers, architects, and executives
- Contribute to agentic AI product evolution through field experiences

Requisiti fondamentali

- 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; conversant in others
- Experience integrating LLMs into production and using LangChain or LlamaIndex; knowledge of prompt engineering and responsible AI in real contexts
- Strong data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks
- Deep Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs
- Entrepreneurial, fast-delivery mindset with judgment to avoid unnecessary speed
- Mentored engineers and built reusable assets (frameworks, playbooks, tooling)
- Clear, credible communication with engineers, customer architects, and executives
- Curiosity and experimentation with evolving AI/data tools; travel readiness
