About the job F40 Only is a highly specialized company exclusively dedicated to the restoration, maintenance, and preservation of the legendary Ferrari F40. We are looking for a Parts Manager to oversee our spare parts inventory, manage parts sourcing and availability, and ensure the efficient coordination of our parts department.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong technical understanding of automotive components, preferably within the classic, luxury, or high-performance automotive sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and organize our extensive inventory of original Ferrari F40 spare parts and components. Oversee stock levels, inventory accuracy, storage, and parts traceability. Identify, source, and procure rare, original, and hard-to-find components. Build and maintain relationships with national and international suppliers. Coordinate parts availability and deliveries to support restoration and maintenance projects. Work closely with our technical team to identify components and anticipate project requirements. Manage purchase orders, incoming deliveries, and inventory documentation. Optimize warehouse processes, stock management systems, and operational efficiency.



REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or automotive parts operations. Strong knowledge of automotive components and mechanical systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with inventory management software and digital stock control systems. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong problem-solving abilities, autonomy, and a proactive approach. Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively with technical teams. Experience with classic Ferrari models, collector cars, or high-performance vehicles will be considered a significant advantage.
