To support our growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative ready to make an impact in a highly technical and dynamic environment. ? Your Challenge As our Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding Mascolab's business across Northern Italy and selected European markets. You will be the link between our scientific expertise and our customers' needs, identifying opportunities, creating value and developing long-term partnerships with some of the most innovative companies in the Life Science industry. ? What You Will Do ✅ Develop and expand relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies ✅ Identify and generate new business opportunities within target markets ✅ Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customers, becoming their trusted advisor ✅ Promote Mascolab's analytical testing services and process validation solutions ✅ Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations and commercial negotiations ✅ Collaborate closely with scientific, laboratory and operational teams to deliver outstanding customer experience ✅ Monitor market trends,



customer needs and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities ✅ Contribute actively to achieving commercial objectives and supporting the company's expansion strategy ? What We're Looking For Required Qualifications ? Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Technology, Biology, Biotechnology or a related scientific field ? Proven experience in B2B sales of services, preferably within analytical testing, laboratory services, pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies or related sectors ? Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills ? Results-driven mindset with a strong commercial attitude ? Professional proficiency in English ✈️ Availability to travel regularly across Italy and Europe ⭐ Nice to Have ➕ Experience in pharmaceutical process filtration solutions ➕ Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP environments or pharmaceutical development processes ➕ Fluency in an additional European language (French or German is a plus) ?
