We are looking for a Senior Application Specialist to strengthen our Customer Success team in Italy. In this senior technical role, you will work with customers throughout their journey with Cadmatic Projects, from demonstrations and implementation to integrations, training, and ongoing use. You will act as a trusted technical advisor while also bringing customer insights into our product development and working closely with Sales on technical solutions for potential clients. Your focus will be on information management and Cadmatic Projects, our project management solution integrated with Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Experience and expertise related to Primavera P6 will be particularly relevant in helping customers connect their project management processes with Cadmatic Projects. You can work from our Piacenza office or remotely from your home office in Italy. You will report to the Technical Manager of the Customer Success Team. What you will work on:
• Act as the primary technical consultant for customers, understand their requirements, advise them on workflows and software use, and ensure their needs are communicated to the right teams at Cadmatic
• Provide advanced technical support for key customers and complex projects, including troubleshooting, advanced customization, configurations, application architecture, and third-party software integrations




• Plan and deliver advanced training and help customers make effective use of Cadmatic Projects, while mentoring Application Specialists on complex technical issues and customer requests
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, monitor satisfaction and project risks, address potential issues proactively, and escalate cases to management when needed
• Bring customer needs, feedback, and market insights to Product Development, contribute to product priorities and the software roadmap, and coordinate testing activities with the Product Creation team
• Work with Sales and Marketing by providing technical expertise for proposals, evaluating application architecture solutions, participating in customer and sales meetings, delivering advanced product demonstrations, and contributing to marketing materials
• Develop prototypes and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) that can be developed into solutions for real customer use cases We wish you to bring:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience and broad experience in a cross-functional role, with strong technical expertise in relevant areas of technology and software, services, solution consulting, and customer success. Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and deliver business value.
• Experience of Primavera P6 and Microsoft projects, planning complex and large CPM projects, structuring the Overall Project Weighting System, and evaluating the Schedule Quality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. Ability to analyze workflows and suggest optimizations.




• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, combined with advanced project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements and projects simultaneously.
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Office 365 Suite is preferred.

For this role, the annual gross salary consists of a fixed component of approximately €42,000–€46,200 and an additional variable component of up to €7,200–€7,920, bringing the total on-target earnings (OTE) to €49,200–€54,120 per year. This salary range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this position, and the final offer may vary within the range depending on the work location, work experience, and the level of expertise in the required field.
