IT Specialist – ERP Support to provide functional and technical support for our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems to end users
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues across business functions and countries
* Support ERP users by providing guidance, training, and maintaining documentation
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential ERP improvements
* Assist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades, and new module implementations
* Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when needed
* Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with IT standards




* Create and maintain technical and functional documentation Essential requirements and

skills:
* Strong understanding of ERP processes (preferred procurement, supply chain, operations and maintenance)
* Experience in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support; Very good analytical and problem-solving skills;
* C1 level proficiency in English and German xrtlpzc (spoken and written)
* Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams Nice to Have:
* More than 2 years of experience supporting ERP systems
* Experience with ERP integrations and reporting tools
* Background in IT support, application support, or business systems analysis
* Experience working in an international or multicultural environment

Salary:
