To support ongoing growth within their patent department, they are seeking an ambitious professional to join their team in Milan. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time Patent Attorney (Mandatario Brevetti) to join the firm's patent practice in Milan. Drafting, filing, and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications. Providing strategic advice and opinion work regarding industrial property rights, patentability, and freedom-to-operate.



Managing complex patent portfolios across diverse technical sectors, including chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biology, microbiology, food & nutrition, and biomedical engineering. Representing clients in administrative proceedings, oppositions, and official legal formalities. University degree or PhD with technical expertise in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biology, microbiology, food and nutrition, or biomedical engineering (biotechnology specialization). Italian and/or European Patent Attorney qualification already obtained (including partial qualification). Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
