Overview In this role you will design and develop automotive products aligned with customer needs, driving feasibility analyses and technical decision-making across cross-functional teams. You will support customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring robust technical documentation and product validation. You join the Technical Design Office to advance high-quality, innovative designs and contribute to international projects. * Design and develop automotive products per customer specs
* Assess feasibility of new products and applications
* Provide technical support to customers and help solve problems
* Lead technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Prepare production drawings, specifications, tolerances, and BOMs
* Assist Sales with cost estimation and technical evaluation
* Plan design activities, timelines,



and monitor progress
* Collaborate with Experimental Lab, Production, and Quality teams
* Prepare and manage DFMEA, Product Validation Plans, IATF and APQP documentation
* Create product presentations and participate in cross-functional international projects Requisiti fondamentali
* Engineering Degree in Mechanical
* 8–10 years of automotive-related experience
* High level of English (written and oral)
* Knowledge of plastic materials and molding processes
* Preferred knowledge of cooling circuits for internal combustion engines
* Experience with 3D design software (CREO)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
