* Take ownership of the FLAVIS product portfolio and drive its continuous development
* Manage cross-functional product development and relaunch projects from initial idea to market launch
* Plan and coordinate product launches and related go-to-market and product marketing activities
* Proactively manage and further develop the existing portfolio, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
* Oversee the product portfolio on an ongoing basis, including maintaining and updating relevant product information and data
* Analyze and interpret sales, market, and competitor data and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions
* Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new product and portfolio opportunities




* Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate key interfaces throughout the product lifecycle

Your profile
* University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
* Relevant professional experience in product management, ideally within the food or consumer goods industry
* Experience in project management and the motivation to independently drive cross-functional projects forward
* Strong analytical skills combined with a good understanding of markets, trends, customer needs and product opportunities
* Structured and solution-oriented approach, hands‑on mentality and a strong sense of ownership
* Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
