DEMAND PLANNING INTERN
We are looking for a Demand Planning Intern to join our Demand Planning team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in demand forecasting, data analysis, and customer planning processes, supporting the management of Key Account customers and contributing to service level excellence.
Job Responsibilities

- Support the management of Key Account assortment matrices by monitoring SKU launch and phase-out dates and ensuring alignment with agreed lifecycle plans.
- Assist in updating and maintaining sales forecasts for replenishment orders, helping to ensure product availability and forecast reliability.
- Support the planning of initial customer orders, balancing customer requirements with supply chain and production constraints.
- Collaborate with Sales and Demand Planning teams to collect and analyze information related to sales plans, promotional activities, expected demand changes, and dedicated customer initiatives.
- Support the creation and maintenance of reporting tools and KPIs to monitor service level performance across Key Account customers.
- Analyze sales and forecast data to identify trends, seasonality patterns,



and opportunities to improve planning accuracy.
- Contribute to forecast performance reviews by identifying gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the implementation of digital, data analytics, and AI-based initiatives aimed at enhancing forecasting processes and service performance monitoring.

Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related fields. Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven and problem-solving approach. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. Good command of English, both written and spoken (B1/B2 level). Knowledge of Power BI and familiarity with data analytics, automation, or AI-based tools is considered a plus. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
