At Jimdo, we're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior People Business Partner who thrives at the intersection of business performance, talent development, organizational design, and culture. This is a unique opportunity to influence company-wide people strategy while partnering closely with leaders across Europe and beyond. As our Senior People Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping align people strategies with business goals while fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture. In addition, you'll lead our recruitment function & team, ensuring we continue to attract, hire, and develop exceptional talent.



Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans aligned with company objectives. Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and team effectiveness. Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy and hiring process, partnering with leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the business. Lead, coach, and develop members of the Talent Acquisition Team, fostering collaboration, capability growth, and high performance. Lead engagement and retention initiatives that improve employee experience and strengthen company culture. Use people analytics and HR data to identify trends, solve business challenges, and shape people strategy. Champion organizational development initiatives, including capability building, leadership development, change management, and growth frameworks. Leverage AI and innovative HR practices to improve productivity, decision-making, and employee outcomes. 5–8+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner experience. 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams. Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives. Experience supporting fast-paced SaaS, technology, startup, or scale-up environments. Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and leadership coaching.



Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into people initiatives. Experience using HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Proven track record of leveraging AI and technology to improve HR processes and outcomes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Experience working in remote-first, distributed international organizations. Exposure to European employment environments and multi-country workforce management.
