Our HSE Academy is here: a professional development program for recent graduates who want to build their future in Health, Safety & Environment. A structured path that combines specialist training, mentoring by experienced professionals and hands-on experience on our construction sites, in Italy and abroad. From day one, you will work alongside our site HSE professionals, learning to inspect activities, identify hazards, verify compliance with requirements and take part in audits and incident investigations.

Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Recent graduates in technical disciplines (engineering or related fields) ready to invest in their training from the start and grow in the HSE world. We are looking for people who:

- Are interested in and motivated by health, safety and environmental protection
- Are eager to get involved, learn and take on new professional challenges
- Are willing to work on our construction sites, in Italy and abroad

WHAT WILL YOUR PATH LOOK LIKE?

The HSE Academy offers a three-year development path,



structured in successive phases, designed to lead you towards roles of increasing responsibility.

- Specialist training | 2 months
A theoretical training program to acquire the fundamental knowledge and tools in HSE.
- Field experience | Year 1
A first assignment on site, to put your skills into practice, learn the processes and develop autonomy in HSE control and monitoring activities. (HSE Inspector / HSE Engineer)
- Professional growth | Year 2
A possible progression to a coordination role, with greater responsibility for managing and coordinating HSE activities. (HSE Coordinator)
- Management development | Year 3
A further progression to a managerial role, with growing responsibility for HSE strategies and processes. (HSE Manager)
