Overview

In this role you will design and optimize automated customer journeys to engage and retain 6 million users. You’ll work with cross-functional teams in Growth & Marketing to align CRM initiatives with business goals, evolve campaigns from hands-on execution to strategy, and leverage AI to scale персонalization and outcomes. You will drive lifecycle improvements, retention, and conversion across the product portfolio. This is a fast-paced, impact-focused opportunity in a leading fintech platform.

Responsabilità

- Define and impact OKRs for CRM initiatives and design lifecycle strategies
- Build and run automated journeys across channels with segmentation and personalization
- Lead medium-complexity projects with Product Marketing, Product, Legal and Data
- Set and monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, and optimize based on performance data
- Continuously optimize processes, monitor competitors,



and propose enhancements
- Explore AI-driven approaches to improve efficiency, segmentation and ideation
- Ensure compliance and translate requirements into actionable CRM solutions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Marketing
- ≈5 years of hands-on CRM campaign design, management and optimization including automated journeys
- Fintech, banking or insurance background preferred; large-scale digital B2C experience also welcome
- Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; Braze knowledge a plus
- Analytical mindset with independent data-driven decision making
- Stakeholder management and ability to translate requirements into solutions
