Responsabilità

- Lead design and delivery of mechanical services (HVAC, drainage, water, firefighting, renewables, controls) on multidisciplinary projects
- Coordinate and align design ambitions with clients and stakeholders
- Mentor and develop junior team members and promote knowledge sharing




- Participate in site visits, client meetings, design reviews, and project workshops
- Collaborate with international Arup offices

Requisiti fondamentali

- Engineering degree (Building/Mechanical/Energy or relevant) or relevant technical Diploma
- 6+ years in mechanical services design and delivery
- Experience with Data Centre and/or Industrial buildings
- Knowledge of Italian codes and planning phases
- Ability to lead the design process from concept to construction
- Strong sustainability knowledge
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Good written/spoken English and Italian
- Proficient in CAD and/or Building Information Modelling (BIM)
