THE JOURNEY:

- Portfolio Ownership & Relationship Building: Establish trust and build proactive relationships across your SMB partner portfolio, understanding individual merchant needs through regular touchpoints, operational reviews, and performance check-ins.

- Commercial Growth & Joint Action Plans: Drive partner sales,



Average Order Value (AOV), and conversion rates by guiding merchants on catalog optimization, top-selling assortment expansion, and promotional pricing strategies.

- Promotions & Campaign Activation: Pitch, negotiate, and execute tailored in-app marketing campaigns, seasonal activations, and Glovo promotional tools to maximize partner visibility and customer acquisition.

- Operational Excellence: Partner with merchants and cross-functional operations teams to streamline order fulfillment, reduce cancellation rates, and maintain a seamless customer delivery experience.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Onboarding, Partner Operations, and Local Marketing teams to share merchant insights, test scalable SMB initiatives, and foster continuous growth across the Q-Commerce ecosystem.
