Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

- Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
- Manage client onboarding packet requirements such as authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks; update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until clearance to start.
- Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
- Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements, including monitoring expired documents and compliance status.
- Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
- Order, maintain, and organize office supplies; manage mailing and shipments; file and maintain office paperwork and directory.




- Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

About You

The company is looking for:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred, not required).
- Customer or sales-focused experience.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
