At AMA Stay, you will take ownership of our morning service, preparing fresh, high-quality breakfast offerings—from expertly cooked hot dishes and egg specialties to vibrant, modern Mediterranean buffet options. With attention to detail and a genuine passion for food, you will help create an exceptional breakfast experience that sets the tone for our guests' day. Tasks
* Preparing, setting up, and organising breakfast workstations with all required ingredients and cooking equipment
* Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast items (eggs made-to-order, warm savory dishes, baked goods, fresh juices, and buffet displays) according to AMA Stay standards
* Ensuring excellent presentation, freshness, and attention to detail before dishes and buffet spreads are served
* Maintaining a clean,



organized, and strictly sanitized kitchen environment throughout the morning service
* Restocking buffet lines and maintaining inventory freshness during peak service hoursEnsuring all food products are correctly stored, labeled, and handled in compliance with food safety standards
* Supporting the kitchen team with morning prep and smooth handover for afternoon service Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen role or a diploma from a culinary school (breakfast/brill experience is a plus)
* Languages: Italian and English
* Reliability and punctuality for early morning shift starts
* Good knowledge of essential cooking techniques and breakfast preparation methods
* Strong commitment to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures
