Overview As Mechanical Maintenance Manager at Covestro Filago, you lead the maintenance organization to ensure plant reliability and asset availability. * Define and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to ensure plant reliability and asset availability
* Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance organization with a strong safety culture
* Develop long-term spare parts strategies and End-of-Life master plans
* Lead capital investment projects and manage external service providers for quality and cost-effectiveness
* Drive reliability initiatives using RCA and promote Industry 4.0 and AI-driven maintenance




* Partner with HSE, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure safe and compliant operations Requisiti fondamentali
* 7–10 years in maintenance or reliability engineering within process industries (Chemical, Petrochemical, or Plastics preferred)
* Experience participating in HAZOP and Process Hazard Analysis activities
* Strong understanding of industrial equipment, P&IDs;, and mechanical drawings; knowledge of ATEX directives and Functional Safety (SIL/PL) valued
* Digital mindset with SAP PM/TMM experience and interest in digitalization for asset management
* Proven leadership and change-management ability, coordinating international stakeholders
* Near-native Italian and fluent English (spoken and written)
