Overview As a Subscription Renewals Sales Representative, you support customer retention and revenue growth in a defined territory. You work closely with cross-functional teams to renew multi-year subscriptions and uncover expansion opportunities. You will engage customers via calls, video, and email to demonstrate ongoing value and secure renewals. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in renewal sales or inside sales
* Self-starter with a consultative sales approach
* Proven ability to drive high transaction volumes and increase revenue
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Results-driven with strong analytical and negotiation skills

* Experience with territory management, forecasting, and deal execution
* Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is highly preferred
* Fluency in Italian/English (written and verbal) at professional business level
