To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist (m/f/d) in full-time, starting immediately or by agreement. Your responsibilities
* Welcoming and looking after our national and international guests
* Check-in and check-out
* Guest correspondence by phone and in writing
* Handling reservations and booking enquiries
* Administrative tasks at reception
* Close cooperation with housekeeping and service What you bring
* Previous experience at reception is desirable
* Very good knowledge of German, Italian and English
* A friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented manner
* Organisational talent and an independent way of working
* Confident handling of PCs and common hotel software (ASA) is a plus — but we’re happy to teach you
