Scope of workunder the supervision of the energy for growth initiative coordinator, the energy specialist will provide central coordination support for the energy for growth programme and technical back‑stopping to focal points in francophone country offices.duties and responsibilitiescoordinate country focal points, provide strategic programme support and technical back‑stopping for the energy for growth initiative.engage with funding partners, manage donor reporting and facilitate investor mobilisation for bankable projects.prepare and deliver presentations on the rome centre for climate action and energy transition to senior management, technical teams and external audiences.oversee technical back‑stopping to focal points, support work plans, project documents, inception missions, reports and workshops.assess, manage and monitor country requests, contribute to task‑forces and provide inputs to strategic documents, briefing notes and speeches.facilitate knowledge sharing, capacity building and advocacy; develop policy briefs, concept notes and design guidelines.undertake visits to target countries and project sites and represent undp at conferences and events.core competenciesachieve results,
