Overview

In this role you will lead the execution of complex turnkey projects in the Electrification and Automation domain. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics while engaging customers, factories and suppliers to ensure profitability and satisfaction. You’ll manage schedules, budgets and forecasts, ensuring technical and commercial compliance. The position offers cross-functional collaboration with a global team and travel as needed, with a flexible hybrid work setup.

Responsabilità

- Lead the execution of complex turnkey projects within the medium voltage segment in line with contractual, technical and commercial requirements
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics activities while managing schedules, budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with customers,



Siemens factories, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery and technical compliance

Requisiti fondamentali

- At least 3 years of project management experience in electrical or power distribution
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Strong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage a project team and guide it to successful project delivery
- Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, factories and suppliers when required
- Strong results orientation, problem-solving attitude and teamwork skills
