This position falls under our International Payments line of business and is located in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will support the sales team in identifying, contacting and developing new client relationships, helping companies manage foreign exchange risk and optimize their international payments. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and collaborate with the Dealing, Marketing, Risk and Compliance teams. /p pbWhat You’ll Be Doing As a /b bBusiness Developer/FX Developer /b /p pThe responsibilities of the role will include: /p ul liProspecting potential clients through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and events /li liSupporting the sales team in preparing client meetings and follow-ups /li liLearning how to position FX products and payment solutions in client conversations. /li liUpdating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce) /li liAssisting in marketing campaigns and lead generation activities /li liCollaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process /li liDeveloping market knowledge and understanding of FX risk management /li /ul pbQualifications Skills /b /p ul liInterest in financial markets and commercial roles. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li liProactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. /li liSpanish native speaker and intermediate English level. /li liPrevious experience in sales or client-facing roles. /li liBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, International Trade or similar is a plus. /li /ul pbBenefits /b /p ul liFixed salary + a Strong Variable Compensation based on performance /li liExtended FX and Sales Training and development opportunities /li liA clear career path in a growing international company. /li /ul pbPay Transparency /b /p pThe salary range for this position is €30,000-35,000 gross per year .
