You will lead and support the teams in delivering the creativity, elegance and excellence that define the Experimental spirit.In this role, you will be responsible for: /ph3Opening Operational Development /h3ulliSupport the hotel’s transition into its first phase of operations, ensuring that processes and routines are established and continuously improved. /liliEnsure that rooms, equipment and accommodation areas are fully operational and maintained to the expected standards. /liliIdentify and resolve any operational issues arising after opening, working closely with the relevant support teams. /liliEnsure that the accommodation teams have the tools,



resources and procedures needed to deliver a seamless guest experience. /li /ulh3Operations /h3ulliOversee the smooth daily operation of the accommodation departments, including Front Office, Reservations and Housekeeping. /liliEnsure fluid communication and coordination between teams to guarantee a seamless guest experience. /liliRepresent the hotel and the Experimental brand through exemplary guest engagement, personalised advice and service, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. /liliMonitor the condition, cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and accommodation areas, coordinating maintenance needs and ensuring the property is kept to the expected standards. /liliSupport and guide the accommodation teams in developing and improving their daily operations. /liliEnsure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in line with local standards. /li /ulh3Guest Experience Standards /h3ulliEnsure that Experimental’s service standards and hospitality philosophy are consistently reflected throughout the guest journey. /liliHandle guest feedback, complaints and special requests with professionalism and care. /liliMonitor guest satisfaction and online reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement. /liliEnsure that operational procedures and brand standards are consistently applied across the accommodation departments. /li /ulh3Revenue Management Performance /h3ulliMonitor accommodation performance and contribute to achieving revenue and budget targets. /liliWork closely with the Revenue and Sales teams to support the implementation of pricing, distribution and sales strategies. /liliMonitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. /li /ulh3Accounting Financial Control /h3ulliSupervise inventories and stock management related to the accommodation departments, in line with group standards. /liliManage purchasing processes and monitor deliveries and supplier relationships within your scope.



/liliMonitor departmental expenses and contribute to optimising operational performance in line with budget targets. /liliCoordinate administrative and reporting matters related to accommodation operations with the group’s headquarters. /li /ulh3Human Resources /h3ulliEnsure compliance with local labour laws and regulations. /liliSupport recruitment and onboarding for the accommodation teams in collaboration with the HR department. /liliOversee team scheduling in line with business needs and occupancy levels. /liliSupport the professional development and training of your teams, fostering a culture of service excellence and collaboration. /liliWork closely with the HR team to apply group standards and encourage internal mobility. /liliMonitor payroll expenses within your departments and identify opportunities to optimise staffing costs. /li /ulh3ABOUT YOU /h3pYou are a passionate hospitality professional with a strong operational background and a hands-on approach to hotel management.You have solid experience in hotel operations, ideally in a Resident Manager, Deputy Hotel Manager or Rooms Division leadership role within a high-end hotel.You have a strong understanding of accommodation operations, particularly Front Office, Reservations and Housekeeping.You demonstrate strong leadership, autonomy and a collaborative spirit.You are highly organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.You are guest-oriented, attentive to detail and committed to delivering exceptional service.You have a good understanding of hotel performance indicators, revenue management and cost control.You are fluent in English and Italian (French or a third language is a plus).You are proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, Micros) and the Microsoft Office Suite. /ppLive the Experimental Experience!
