This is our calling Let’s talk about the role /ph3How you’ll make a difference /h3ulliSupport the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely collection and validation of payroll inputs. /liliManage time and attendance, absences, holidays, leaves, sickness and other payroll-related information. /liliSupport employee administration throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including hires, contractual changes, transfers and terminations. /liliMaintain and update employee records and HR/payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. /liliPrepare documentation and information required for payroll processing and statutory obligations. /liliSupport the management of INPS, INAIL and other administrative requirements, working alongside the payroll provider. /liliPerform payroll checks and basic reconciliations, investigating discrepancies where necessary. /liliRespond to employees' questions regarding payslips, attendance, leave and HR administrative processes. /liliSupport the preparation of payroll and HR reports. /liliCollaborate with HR, Finance and other internal stakeholders. /liliContribute to improving and simplifying HR administration and payroll processes. /li /ulh3Skills for success /h3ulliDegree or diploma in Economics, HR or Business Administration. /lili1-3 years of experience in payroll, HR administration or personnel administration in a retail or multinational environment. /liliGood knowledge of the Italian CCNL Commercio. /liliBasic knowledge of Italian labor law, payroll and social security principles. /liliKnowledge of Zucchetti, particularly for Time Attendance management, is highly desirable. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data. /liliFluent in English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3The Successful Applicant /h3pWe are looking for an HR Admin Payroll Specialist with a genuine passion for payroll and personnel administration.
